ECWE Ventures LLC offers a full refund on new PromptForge subscriptions (both monthly and annual plans) if you request it within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only — it does not apply to renewal charges.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
Refunds are not issued for subscription renewal charges (monthly or annual). It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged. Renewal dates are visible in your account settings and are included in pre-renewal reminder emails.
If you believe you were charged in error after cancelling, contact us at hello@promptforge.dev within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
After the 7-day refund window has passed, we do not issue partial or prorated refunds for:
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We encourage you to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
If you upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan, the remaining value of your monthly subscription will be credited toward the annual plan price. No cash refund is issued for plan upgrades.
We evaluate refund requests outside of the standard 7-day window on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including:

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks are costly for small businesses and take significant time to resolve. In almost every case, we can resolve the issue directly and more quickly than a chargeback process. Accounts with initiated chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the revised policy's effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the platform.
